As sugest\u00f5es poder\u00e3o ser dirigidas \u00e0 ANTAQ at\u00e9 \u00e0s 23h59 do dia 16\/03\/2022, por meio do formul\u00e1rio eletr\u00f4nico dispon\u00edvel no link http:\/\/web.antaq.gov.br\/Sistemas\/LeilaoInternetV2\/Formulario.aspx. Ap\u00f3s a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de um \u00fanico documento que contemple o estudo inicial, contribui\u00e7\u00f5es dos setores envolvidos e adequa\u00e7\u00f5es propostas pela ag\u00eancia reguladora, a proposta ser\u00e1 submetida \u00e0 avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do TCU (conforme Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa TCU n\u00ba 81\/2018), para, em seguida, ser publicado o edital do leil\u00e3o.<br>De acordo com os estudos atuais, os investimentos previstos para adequa\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura do porto organizado totalizam R$ 16 bilh\u00f5es, os quais dever\u00e3o ser realizados ao longo da vig\u00eancia contratual, com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de 35 anos, prorrog\u00e1vel por at\u00e9 5 anos.
